I’ve been involved in education projects for over 5 years and have been tutoring individually for 3 years. I’m very communicative, and it’s important to me that students feel relaxed, safe, and comfortable enough to speak, ask questions, make mistakes, and even laugh at them sometimes.
At the same time, I take teaching seriously. I really enjoy the systematic and didactic side of it — planning, adapting, and finding the best way for each person to learn. Everyone has different goals, pace, strengths, and barriers, so I don’t believe in one method for everyone.
When my family moved to the Czech Republic, I started learning Czech from zero in first grade. So I know what it feels like to not understand people around you, search for the right words, and worry about saying something wrong.
My aim is not just for you to “know more Czech,” but to actually feel more confident using it in real life and to see clear progress along the way.
Outside of teaching, I’m into chess, padel, tennis, travelling, and wild mountain trips with a tent — basically anything that combines challenge, movement, and a bit of adventure.

You don’t need more random Czech. You need the right Czech for your goal — whether that’s everyday life, work, or passing an exam.
That’s what my lessons are built around. I want you to feel relaxed, but relaxed doesn’t mean easy :) Behind the friendly atmosphere, there’s a pretty serious system — and yes, you’ll actually have to work.
Instead of following the same textbook with everyone, we focus on what you genuinely need: speaking with colleagues, dealing with everyday situations, preparing for an exam, fixing grammar gaps, or something you know is coming up next week.
I track what already feels natural, where you still hesitate, which mistakes keep coming back, and what you tend to forget. Then I shape the next lessons around that, so you should start noticing progress pretty quickly.
You’ll also get access to my own modular learning app, adapted to you and your goals.
