I am a passionate and creative certified teacher of English with 25 years of teaching experience. Talented at involving and motivating students of various ability levels and ages. I am from Argentina and I am currently living in Czech Republic. In argenitna I worked mainly in secondary school and during my the last years there I also taught adults. I have taught general English as well as Business english, English for aviation and English for tourism.
I am currently teaching English and Spanish to Czech students but I have had Polish, Russian, Ukranian and German students.
Teaching languages has always been my passion. I really enjoy it and I try to be a better teacher everyday. For this reason I invite you to join my classes and build up an efective course for you, together.

My classes last one hour. They are all based on a communicative method aimed at mastering your oral production. I guarantee you will speak English from the first class. I work with Google presentations where we write down and save everything worked on in class. There I use pictures, charts, we write down vocabulary or solution of exercise we do during the class. Also I copy links from interactive web sites that help you to practice in a more creative and efficient way. Whenever the situation allows it, I try to work on at least three of the four skills necessary to speak a language: listening, reading, speaking and writing.
I work with authentic material such as You tube videos, BBC TV news, On line articles,etc.
I also combine my communicative classes with basic and essential grammar you should know to speak accurately.
For me textbooks are a tool in a set of tools so I usually use them but my classes are not based in the book unit. I mainly use interesting readings, listening activities or video guides from these books.
I am an open and flexible teacher. So, if the student prefers using other sources for learning, prividing they are effective for learning I can adapt my classes to use them.
I want my students build up confidence and feel comfortable during my classes. For this reason, I try to create a friendly atmosphere where errors are part of the learning process and students interests are very important to create a meaningful class.
