I trained for a month and a half in Bali, which was a true revelation for me. Learning about the body, understanding the benefits of each posture, and discovering the history of yoga was a magical experience.
After this journey, I began teaching in parks, and today, I regularly teach groups of 10 to 15 people in a studio. However, to be completely honest, I love teaching in smaller groups. This allows me to focus more on each student, better understand their needs, and offer more personalized guidance.
I am excited to meet you and share everything I have learned. My goal is to pass on my passion and guide you on the path to well-being, through a practice that is tailored to your needs and goals.

I know it can be stressful to start yoga. We often think we’re not flexible enough or that we’ll get bored, but that’s exactly why this class is made for you.
For the past six years, yoga has taught me to listen to my body and its needs. It’s this awareness that I want to share: connecting with yourself, understanding your sensations, and giving your body the space it deserves.
My classes are adapted to all levels, combining breath, movement, and mindfulness for physical and mental well-being.
